Operational support

We offer daily operational support for a wide range of applications and services:

Backup
Databases
Mail systems
Operating systems
Storage systems

An operational support agreement could typically be that DV Consulting logs in every morning and checks the operating status of the agreed systems or that we receive alerts and act upon them. We report each morning on the status of the systems and, if desired, take care of any problems. Another possibility could be regular daily operational support, where DV Consulting collaborates with your IT department, for example during peak periods.
